Relaxing with quality sleep makes healthy

I had to work the always overtime (7am – 10pm) for many years. When coming back home it feels Heaven. I always thinking about relaxing in my leather sofa.
Sometime I had night shift job. ( 8pm – 10am) so tired. Drastically change my time life. Most people’s bodies are severely confused by having to work when most people sleep, and sleep when most people work. I am one of that people.
The night shift job was the best I could find at the time and so I had to stick with it in order to survive.
Does it really matter if you get enough sleep? Yes absolutely! Not only does the quantity of your sleep matter, but the quality of your sleep is important as well.
Here are some tips on how to actually get some quality sleep so you have better health actually for your heart and body.

1. Relax on your favorite sofa or bed. Turn off the light and close the curtain even sunlight is really bright to keep you awake. You can’t fight it, so hide it.
2. Stay cool but warm. Leather Sofa that soft and tender helps you much.
3. Avoid watching TV or turn on the computer. Stay away from your computer, turn of or silent your mobile phone, facebook, YM etc. You did it in the office and working hour right? So it is time to relax and sleep, get the quality of sleep.
4. Avoid drugs or pills that make you slept. It is drugs, so let your sleep in natural way.

When we don’t get enough sleep, we’re cranky, tense and unhealthy. Thus, remember get relax and be happy.
